You can register for the contest by phone, mail, or by filling in the form below. To enter, get a ticket for a suggested donation of $25 or five tickets for $100. Every ticket features a number that's on one of the golf balls that we'll drop near a green via helicopter. The three balls that land closest to the hole win! And with our GIVE HOPE USA® program, contest proceeds benefit students and underserved youths.
