Dear Supporter:
We are pleased to announce that the 14th annual MONOPOLY® Night will be held at the Belleair Country Club on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 6:00 PM and invite you to participate as a sponsor. This signature event is the primary fundraiser that supports our organization’s programs and services.
Our mission is to promote charitable giving and aid tax-exempt organizations by assisting them in managing their funds more effectively when used to acquire needed resources from others. As an intermediary, we serve to create buying leverage for donors who fund programs for their favorite nonprofits.
Community leaders, Kim and George Feaster, will serve as our event’s Honorary Co-Chairs. We encourage you to participate with this who’s who crowd where guests play at tables of four in a 90 minute tournament using the world’s most popular board game, MONOPOLY®. Individual players and couples will be matched up with others as needed to complete each game table.
As a sponsor of MONOPOLY® Night, your company will be recognized in the local media, invitation and program. Each sponsorship level includes special benefits. Please review the sponsorship and in-kind donation agreements and fact sheet for details. Non players are also welcome to attend, enjoy an extraordinary dinner buffet, witness the excitement of the games and participate in the auctions.
We are anticipating over 350 players for this fast paced tournament of rolling the dice, passing ‘GO’, drawing chances and accumulating properties. Enjoy being part of those game board enthusiasts who compete for top prizes and take a 1-in-4 chance of becoming a table winner.
The net proceeds raised from this event will help to sustain our programs and benefit other charities and people in need. We are proud of our mission, Helping Those Who Help Others®. When it comes to leveraging your charitable donations there is one clear choice— Charity Works .
We know you will want to attend this unique fundraiser! Game tables and seating in the Jailbird Lounge are limited so please reserve early!
Sincerely,
Chris Renfrow
President/CEO
