Patricia and Jim Ostrosky were both born near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Patricia attended Penn State University, while Jim graduated from Ohio University, where he earned four letters in football and was recognized with Conference Honors.
They met in 1976, and celebrating their 50th year together, they have enjoyed a life of both professional accomplishment and community involvement. In 1985, they moved to Clearwater, Florida, where they have spent over four decades living on Sand Key and Island Estates before relocating to Belleview Place.
Patricia enjoyed a career in the accounting profession, which included her service as City Manager of a Borough in Pennsylvania. Jim’s career in Management Consulting spanned 37 years, culminating in his retirement as President and CEO of USC Consulting Group.
Together, they have two sons — Michael (wife, Elsa) and Shawn (wife, Sharon) — and two grandchildren, Jacob and Shaun.
Since moving to Florida, they have been actively involved in supporting their community and numerous charitable organizations. Patricia has served as:
She currently serves on several committees for the Belleair Country Club and the Morton Plant Mease Foundation.
Jim is a Past President and current Board Member of the Belleair Country Club, serving as Director of Facilities Development and Capital Projects, and is slated to again become President in 2027. He is also a Board Member of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation and the Founder of the Belleair Country Club “Track to Success” Employee Scholarship Fund.
In addition to these roles, Patricia and Jim support numerous local and national charities. They are especially honored to serve as Co-Chairpersons for Monopoly Night 2026, benefitting one of their favorite organizations, Charity Works.
