Night 2013

Dear Supporter:

The 13th annual MONOPOLY® Night will be held at the Belleair Country Club on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 6:00 PM. This signature event is the primary fundraiser that supports our organization’s programs and services.

Our mission is designed to promote a more efficient cycle of giving to benefit our local communities by developing relationships among and between donors, vendors and nonprofits. As an intermediary, we are best suited to create buying leverage for donors who provide funding for the goods and services that their favorite nonprofits need.

For this year’s entertaining championship match, we are very pleased to announce that Jo Ann and Joe White will serve as our Honorary Co-Chairs. We encourage you to participate with this who’s who crowd where guests play at tables of four in a 90 minute tournament using the world’s most popular board game, MONOPOLY®. Individual players and couples will be matched up with others to complete each game table.

As a sponsor of MONOPOLY® Night, or in-kind donor, you/your company will be recognized in the local media and in the event’s program. Each sponsorship level comes with special benefits for the evening. Please review the sponsorship agreement, auction/prize form and fact sheet for details. Non players are also welcome to attend, enjoy an extraordinary dinner buffet, witness the excitement of the games and participate in the auctions.

We are anticipating over 350 players for this fast paced event of rolling the dice, passing ‘GO’, drawing chances and accumulating properties. Enjoy being part of those game board enthusiasts who compete for top prizes and take a 1-in-4 chance of becoming a table winner.

10th Annual Event Information and Results:

2012 Fundraising Results

Congratulations! We raised $37,500 net of expenses from the 10^th annual CharityWorks® Cup Challenge. This allowed us to complete our goal in May 2012 by providing dental supplies to all 19,091 elementary students in the 34 Title 1 Schools in Pinellas County.

We are proud of our success and look forward to expanding our goal in 2013 to cover elementary students in these schools throughout the entire Tampa Bay area.

Holiday Gift Giving Fund

This holiday season help promote hope and inspiration for the less fortunate in the Tampa Bay area through our Holiday Gift Giving Fund which provides donors an effective way to give toys, clothes and other basic necessities to economically disadvantaged children, adults and families. Distributions are coordinated with local charities, schools and other nonprofits for maximum benefits.
